Coagulation and Immune Characteristics in a COVID-19 Case

چکیده
An outbreak of respiratory illness, officially named Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), has spread rapidly worldwide. The domestic situation been controlled, now the resumption production and work as well people's normal life accelerating. We focused this article on laboratory changes in infection confirmed case COVID-19 hospitalized to clarify immune characterizations coagulation system. Coagulation dysfunction is common patient with COVID-19, especially fibrinogen APTT, degree elevation related characteristics. As disease recovers, fibrinogen, APTT CD8+ T cells also return normal.
